Commercial Support is powered by Linspire. When you create or purchase an “Incident” you will be prompted to sign-in or create an account at Linspire.com. Once signed in, click the “go” button above to get started.

Free Customer Care
Create Incidents for free help with any Customer Care issues examples include:

  • Account difficulties (Account Creation / Sign-in issues)
  • Customer purchase / billing issues
  • Unsuccessful software program download or installation etc.

Paid Support
Linspire offers Freespire customers Paid Support options in individual or packages of Incidents. Purchased Incidents are valid for one year. Support is electronic only via an on-line Create Incident form.

Purchase a Paid Support Incident to cover technical issues such as:

  • OS Installation Support
  • Networking
  • Peripheral Set-up
  • Email Set-up
  • Browser Configuration
